House of Art-Vernissage for Mac-Miami Art Week 2014

On Thursday, Dec. 4, House of Art held an exclusive Vernissage in honor of the 20 students chosen to exhibit from Miami Arts Charter School (MAC), located in Miami and Homestead, FL.  The exhibit featured truly exceptional work from a variety of media. 

Part of the proceeds from the exhibit will benefit the House of Art Youth Program. One of the highlights of the evening was the spectacular performance offered by the 3 young musicians from the MAC Band, which was the entertainment for the evening. The talented trio mesmerized event guests with upbeat jazz and R&B musical pieces.  

MAC provides a rigorous academic education with special emphasis placed on the performing and expressive arts to help foster and propel students’ artistic creativity and excite them about life itself.

Markowicz Fine Art Gallery-Arno Elias-Miami Art Week 2014

On Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2014 French artist Arno Elias’ Lost Series was on exhibit at Markowicz Fine Art Gallery's new pop-up gallery in Miami Beach open now until January 31, 2015.

A multi-talented artist, musician and photographer, Elias’ Lost Series is a crystallization of his mixed-media techniques and reflects the powerful images he captured during his solo world photographic tour.

His unique pieces are said to carry a sensibility reminiscent of that of Peter Beard.

Luxury Lifestyle Showcase at Cipriani Downtown

On Thursday, September 18, 2014 Star Services Events produced another edition of the Luxury Lifestyle Showcase event series hosted by the Luxury Concierge Network and co-hosted by Cipriani Downtown and Le City deluxe Magazine.

Residents and concierges from some of the most exclusive residential communities in town gathered to enjoy an evening of mingling and socializing with neighbors and friends A showcase of luxury brands was presented by our fabulous partners Hublot, Burgess, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Kalla.

Some of the distinguished residents and concierges attending were from The Ritz Carlton Residences Coconut Grove, Icon Brickell, Icon South Beach, Portofino Towers, Four Seasons Residences, Jade Ocean, Jade Beach, Regalia, Edition, Fisher Island, Acqualina Mansions, St. Regis and more.

Guests were offered complimentary cocktails, wines and Cipriani Prosecco, as well as exquisite hors d’oeuvres. Our resident DJ, Tavin Reiter, worked the crowd with chill and sexy tunes. Gift bags and a raffle of beautiful gifts were part of the evening as well.

Luxury Lifestyle Showcase Event at Jade Beach

You can’t go wrong when you host an event with the Atlantic Ocean as the backdrop, and Jade Beach Residences in Sunny Isles is one of the few places that can offer such an opportunity. On Thursday, August 21st, 2014, Chauncey Sullivan, Concierge at Jade Beach and the Luxury Concierge Network co-hosted an event exclusive for their distinguished residents and their guests at the Sunrise Pool & Bar of such residential community.

Guests started to arrive at 6pm, to find a fabulous showcase of luxury brands and services including Lou La Vie Members Club, Elite Health Center, Troy Dean Interiors, Santa Maria Novella, Elite Fine Art, Nordstrom, and Kalla. An exquisite selection of hors d’oeuvres were provided by Il Mulino New York and Morton’s Steakhouse, while the bar was presented by Monte Carlo Vodka and Rum Zafra. The music backdrop was presented by DJ Tavin Reiter, whose chill tunes created the perfect atmosphere for mingling and socializing.

Gift bags were part of the guest experience, which were presented by some of the participating brands, along with a raffle of luxury gifts that some lucky residents took home. Luxury Lifestyle Showcase Event at Jade Ocean

On Thursday, July 24th, 2014 the concierge at Jade Ocean Residences and Luhho Magazine partnered up to host another edition of the Luxury Lifestyle Showcase Event Series presented by the Luxury Concierge Network and produced by Star Services Events. The event was a private affair exclusive for residents of Jade Ocean and their guests, and took place at the pool bar and deck, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. 

We had the pleasure to coordinate every detail of the event, working hand in hand with the concierge and management teams, to create an unforgettable experience for residents and guests, and of course making sure that the event partners enjoyed the visibility that they expected by strategically integrating their brands.  

Guests had an opportunity to socialize and mingle as they enjoyed exquisite hors d’oeuvres, champagne, and cocktails by Monte Carlo Vodka and a selection of rare whiskies by Vine Craft. Some of the luxury brands and event partners that had the privilege to be showcased, included Ferretti Group, Fendi Casa, Saks Fifth Avenue, Lou La Vie Members Club, Elite Health Center, Troy Dean Interiors, Elite Fine Art, Kalla and Santa Maria Novella. The evening included fabulous luxury swag bags and a raffle of luxury gifts for the residents.

Miami China Sourcing Fair 2014

For the fourth year in a row the Miami Beach Convention Center hosted one of the largest international business-to-business trade shows in South Florida, as Global Sources (NASDAQ: GSOL) presented the latest edition of its Miami China Sourcing Fair, and we were honored to assist them as their local and international media and community liaison.

Strategically based in Miami to target importers, traders, distributors and other volume buyers who purchase consumer products for resale to markets throughout North and Latin America, the Miami China Sourcing Fair ran from June 19th to 21st, 2014. The event featured manufacturers of electronics, home products, fashion accessories, garments, textiles, gifts, and more. The Fair showcased over 550 exhibitors that traveled from mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

This year’s trade show was officially inaugurated at a private opening reception and ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, June 19th at the VIP Suite at the Miami Convention Center before it opened to the public. This invitation only event gathered city officials such as Miami City Manager, Daniel Alfonso, business leaders, top executives from Global Sources, and as special guest Mr. Ma Hua, Deputy Director General of the Department of Commerce of the Guangdong Province, who represented the Chinese government, and traveled to Miami exclusively for the occasion.

Luxury Lifestyle Showcase at W South Beach

As the summer settles in, Miami’s finest residential communities stay busy and entertained. Thanks to the partnership created by Luxury Concierge Network, Le City deluxe Magazine, and The Dutch Restaurant, on Thursday June 26 2014 residents and concierges from some of the most desired addresses in town gathered for an evening of cocktails, good food, and great company at another edition of the Luxury Lifestyle Showcase event series, produced by Star Services Events & Public Relations.

The private affair took place at the Grove at W South Beach, a hidden lush garden with the perfect layout for private events, where luxury brands became part of the ambiance as they showcased their products and services, including Saks Fifth Avenue, Fendi Casa, QA Jets, Lou La Vie Members Club and Markowicz Fine Art. Exquisite hors d’oeuvres were passed butler style, compliments of The Dutch, and cocktails were provided by Monte Carlo Vodka.

 Attending guests included residents and concierges from W South Beach Residences, St. Regis Residences, Icon South Beach, The Setai Residences, Continuum North and South, 1500 Ocean Drive, Paramount Bay, Jade Ocean, Jade Beach, Fisher Island, Four Seasons Residences and ONE Bal Harbour.

The Icon South Beach’s concierge and management team honored us with an opportunity to co-host one of our Luxury Lifestyle Showcase event series for their fabulous residents. Watch how we integrated the Luxury Concierge Network’s portfolio of luxury brands into an upscale event experience, where residents mingled, socialized and enjoyed cocktails and hor d’oeuvres. An exclusive fashion presentation was the highlight of the evening. 

Trompe le Monde - Form Meets Content at Markowicz Fine Art

Markowicz Fine Art debuted a new exhibit, "Trompe le Monde”, with an opening cocktail reception on Thursday, April 17th. The exhibit showcased the unique and divergent styles of Olivier Haligon and Steven Gagnon and celebrated their French heritage.

Markowicz Fine Art is known for the depth and variety of its collection – from iconic Pop Art to historic lithographs. “Trompe le Monde” extols this same diversity, contrasting the simplicity and purity of the abstract in Haligon’s objects with the content-driven complexity of Gagnon’s multi-media works.

Luxury Lifestyle Showcase at Icon South Beach

The high season might be coming to an end, but Miami Beach residents are still having fun and we are proud to be part of it. On Sunday, April 13, 2014 Le City deluxe Magazine co-hosted another edition of the Luxury Lifestyle Showcase event series, along with the Luxury Concierge Network and Rene Faustin, concierge extraordinaire at Icon South Beach, exclusive for residents of the same premier residential community.

The Luxury Concierge Network's portfolio of luxury brands created the lifestyle ambiance that gives the name to the event series, as Lou La Vie Members Club, Ferretti Group, QA Jet and Markowicz Fine Art created vignettes throughout the outside lobby area, which was the unusual yet perfect venue for the affair.

The highlight of the evening where beautiful models showing exclusive designs from La Perla and Carolina Herrera, both from Bal Harbour Shops,  coordinated by Nicole Shelley Models. Guests enjoyed cocktails from Ciroc Vodka and Rum Zafra, and exquisite hors d'oeuvres were provided by La Gloutonnerie and Barezzito restaurants.
