Luxury Lifestyle Showcase at Jade Ocean Residences January 2016

We kicked off this 2016 alongside the Luxury Concierge Network by bringing their Luxury Lifestyle Showcase event to the residents of Jade Ocean in Sunny Isles, which took place on Tuesday, January 5th, 2016. As it is always a pleasure to organize the Luxury Concierge Network's events alongside Jade Ocean’s distinguished management and concierge teams, we were excited to work with them once more. 

We were also proud to feature our newest client, Yvel, a luxury jewelry brand that specializes in natural pearls and precious stones. 

Yvel displayed breathtaking jewelry sets from their various collections in sparkling vitrines that illumintated the entire room. 

As they mingled with their neighbors and friends, guests enjoyed an open bar provided by: Murano Wine TM., Monte Carlo (vodka) , and Veuve Clicquot Champagne. 

They also indulged in an exquisite selection of hors d'ouvre prepared by the Chef of the Jade Ocean Cafe. At the end of the evening, Yvel provided custom gift bags for everyone, each holding a delicate pearl necklace on a fine gold chain.

Constance McSilver Showcase Presented by FIU College of Architecture + The Arts - December 2015

 Art is a form of expression which, in many cases, reflects how others impacted the artist’s life.  Such is the case of talented artist Constance McSilver (a.k.a. Constance Silver), who showcased her new works at a private champagne reception during Miami Art Week, one of the busiest times of the year for the local, national and international art communities. 

Held on Dec. 3, the affair was hosted by the FIU College of Architecture + The Arts (CARTA) at Miami Beach Urban Studios, a multipurpose venue located in the heart of Miami’s South Beach. Special guests included FIU President Mark Rosenberg, CARTA Dean Brian Schriner, Sir Alan Duddle and New York University Board of Trustees member Phyllis Barsch.

Luxury Lifestyle Showcase at Diplomat Residences - November 2015

 On Friday, November 20th, 2015 we had the pleasure to co-host our Luxury Lifestyle Showcase in partnership with the board of directors and management of the Diplomat Oceanfront Residences in Hollywood Beach. 

A group of over 50 residents joined us to socialize and mingle under the stars and with the Atlantic Ocean as a backdrop, as they enjoyed exquisite passed hors d’oeuvre, courtesy of Adena Grill and Ten Palms (both from The Village at Gulfstream Park). The bar offered a variety of fine wine and liquors, including Notorious Pink Rose and Fat Trout Whisky. 

The showcase of luxury brands, gift bags and raffle of luxury gifts was presented by Roberto Coin, LALIQUE, Porsche Design and Saks Fifth Avenue Bal Harbour. Residents enjoyed browsing through the fabulous displays of fine jewelry, cosmetics and gifts.

Beacon Hill Chocolates - Miami Opening Reception

 On Friday, October 2, 2015, Beacon Hill Chocolates celebrated the opening of its first Miami location with a private reception for friends and future clients.

The brand new store offers the finest and rarest confections from chocolate masters around the world, which guests had an opportunity to enjoy throughout the evening, along with chocolate martinis and champagne.

We thank everyone who joined them for such a special occasion.

Southern Florida Concierge Association Event Hosted by Miami Design District - October 2015

On Thursday, October 1st, 2015 the Southern Florida Concierge Association  held its monthly meeting in partnership with the Miami Design District. Over 60 concierges showed up between 6 pm and 7 pm for a store crawling, where they had an opportunity to meet managers and brand representatives from some of the most exclusive boutiques in the area.

Participating luxury brands included Celine, Prada, Zadig et Voltaire, Omega, Harry Winston, Giorgio Armani, Pucci, Hublot Galerie, Lladro, Tourbillon, and Vhernier. The participating retailers offered enter to win prizes and gift bags.

From 7 pm to 9 pm the group gathered in the Event Venue at Palm Court to resume the meeting, followed by cocktails and hors d’oeuvre. Special thanks to the event partners Thierry's Catering & Event Design, Monte Carlo World's Most Prestigious Vodka and Murano Wine.

Luxury Lifestyle Showcase at Estiatorio Milos – September 2015

The September edition of our Luxury Lifestyle Showcase event series took place at the world renown Estiatorio Milos Miami by Costas Spiliadis in the South of Fifth neighborhood in South Beach. An elite group of residents and concierges from some of the most exclusive residential communities in Miami joined us to enjoy a great selection of hors d’oeuvre and the finest wine offered by Cava Spiliadis , the Milos’ family winery, while enjoying a showcase from a select group of luxury brands from our portfolio of preferred partners. 

Hublot Galerie, Berluti, and Roberto Coin showcased their fabulous products at the restaurant’s private dining room and also raffled luxury gifts. Some of the gift bag partners included The MIAMI Institute for Age Management and Intervention, LLC., Sudsies Dry Cleaners and Pérez Art Museum Miami. 

We sincerely appreciate the outstanding customer service, attention to detail and overall excellence in hospitality that the Milos team offered; we had the pleasure to work hand in hand with Federico Galter, Director of Events and Kelly Miller, Assistant General Manager, who went out of their way to accommodate us, our partners and guests.

 After 2 hours of mingling and socializing, and over 150 guests joining us, the event concluded with many of the guests enjoying the spectacular Milo’s dinner menu.

Luxury Lifestyle Showcase at Murano Grande - October 2015

On Thursday, October 22nd, 2015 we had the honor to co-host our Luxury Lifestyle Showcase event for the first time at Murano Grande, in partnership with their distinguished concierge and management teams.

Residents and guests gathered at the building’s social room and had an opportunity to enjoy the cuisine from 3 great local restaurants: Estiatorio Milos Miami by Costas Spiliadis, Babylon, and Bagatelle while mingling and socializing with neighbors and friends. The bar offered award winning Notorious Pink Rose and the new Murano Wine.

The lifestyle showcase was presented by Breguet and Tourbillon from the Miami Design District, LALIQUE from Bal Harbour Shops and Lou La Vie Members Club. Gift bag partners included the new lifestyle transportation brand MiRide.

DCOTA Hosted Renowned Designer Adriana Hoyos at Summer International Design Series

On July 23, the Design Center of the Americas (DCOTA) hosted a panel discussion on Design Influence on South Florida’s Hospitality Business, moderated by Drew Limsky, Editor in Chief of Modern Luxury Interiors. The discussion featured Adriana Hoyos of ADRIANA HOYOS FURNISHINGS, along with 1 Hotel and Homes’ Chief Marketing Officer Kane Sarhan, Paul Pebley the Director of Sales and Marketing at JW Marriott Marquis and Michael Wolk a famed hospitality interior designer. 

The group of industry leaders shared their experiences and insights on hospitality projects, while discussing trends in the market, and answered questions from guests, resulting in an engaging and informative event. Some of the topics discussed included how hotel brands differentiate the market for various demographics such as Millennials, the influence of design in hospitality, the meaning of “lifestyle brand,” sustainability, and more.

For over 25 years, Adriana Hoyos, founder of Adriana Hoyos Furnishings and Adriana Hoyos Interiors, has worked on residential projects ranging from luxury high-rise apartments and single-family homes to hospitality projects. With more than 800 jobs completed worldwide, hospitality design has grown to be a specialty of Adriana Hoyos, creating signature spaces for well-known luxury brands, resort spas and boutique hotels in the United States, Bahamas, Mexico and Ecuador. The firm’s hospitality portfolio is as diverse as their services and includes Trump Hotels, Starwood Hotels, Swissotel, Marriott and Hilton, among others.

The panel discussion was followed by a reception at ADRIANA HOYOS FURNISHINGS’ showroom in DCOTA, where Innovations showcased its portfolio of spectacular wallpapers at their new shop within a shop concept.

Luxury Lifestyle Showcase at Jade Ocean - July 2015

 Since our first event for the residents of Jade Ocean back in 2013 things have changed, it is not the same. It Is actually getting more and more fabulous each time; this community really knows how to have a good time. On Friday, July 24 we had another opportunity to produce an event for them, bringing our Luxury Lifestyle Showcase event series to their home in Sunny Isles.

At the last event, we used the building’s driveway and lobby as a venue, this time we went back to the spectacular pool area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Due to the 90% chances of rain forecasted that day, we had to play safe and set up all our luxury brand partners in the indoor restaurant area, right by the pool. Jade Ocean’s on point management and concierge teams, along with the president of the homeowners association, who are always involved in the logistics process of their events, had the vision to set up an outdoor bar using a tent as an extension of the indoor area, allowing guests to enjoy the outside space while having a safe option in case that it rained. 

 The result was another spectacular private social function where Jade Ocean residents enjoyed exquisite food, an endless flow of champagne, wine, whisky and great music. A selection of luxury brands from our portfolio of preferred partners showcased their products as the lifestyle showcase component that gives the name to our event series. Brands included Hublot, Adriana Hoyos, Lladro, Lou La Vie, Ferretti and Lalique.

  The food was graciously provided by Corsair, Il Mulino New York and Ikra. The indoor bar poured fine wines including the new Italian Murano Wine, the award winning Notorious Pink rose, and Fat Trout Whisky. The outdoor champagne bar was fully branded by Veuve Cliquot, including umbrellas, pillows and champagne buckets. 

The gift bags included items from our luxury brand partners and additional gifts from the Miami Institute for Age Management and Intervention and Kiehl’s Aventura.
